ORTHOPAEDIC REHABILITATION
Recovery after surgery, fracture, and immobilisation
Structured programmes that restore strength and confidence
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation: Getting Back to Full Function
After surgery, a fracture, or a period in a cast, tissues heal but strength, range, and control do not return on their own.
A staged rehabilitation programme rebuilds them safely — respecting healing timeframes while progressing you as quickly as your body allows.
